About Us

We are a small business that specializes in superior luxurious bath and body products as well as cold process soap. Our products are cruelty - free and handcrafted in small batches with Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter. We started making cold process soap in 2008. Our products are free of parabens, phthalates, sulfates and made with only the highest quality, responsibly sourced ingredients and made with natural occurring, organic ingredients that are healthy for you and for the planet. 

Our colorants that we use are found in nature and foods. These include mineral micas, clays and charcoal as colorants. They are very skin safe. We also use eco-friendly glitter.  Our soap crafter has been making soap for over a decade. 

Every bar of soap we make is unique. It is cut and packaged by hand by for the best quality assurance. Our soap is made with skin nourishing butters and oils that create a nice lather with lots of bubbles and performs well for all skin types.

Terms of Use and Conditions/Store Policies:  By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our terms and policies. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. 

Supply Chain Issues

Some of our supply costs have doubled and tripled in the last few years. We try to have affordable prices so that our prices are as low as possible. We appreciate your understanding as we ride out these supply prices. 

Order Processing Time:

Typical order processing time is 1-3 business days during normal operations. However, during a sale or a holiday it means that we receive a large amount of orders in a very short amount of time. During this time, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your order to ship. We will always pack orders as quickly and as safely as possible. 

Shipping & Handling

We ship USPS Flat Rate Shipping. We have FREE SHIPPING with orders over $75.00. We understand that shipping prices have increased. Take advantage of our free shipping.  We do charge a small handling fee with each order. This helps to pay for all the packaging supplies needed to get your order to you safely. Additionally, we do pass on all commercial shipping rates. As we are a small business, we cannot provide Amazon-style shipping prices and time frames. We do our best to figure shipping costs appropriately. We will refund excess shipping charges at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding.

Payment  Methods: We take Credit & Debit Cards as payment. 

Returns Policy
While we cannot offer returns on our handmade skincare products, we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you have an issue with your product please contact us immediately so that we can work together to make sure you and your skin are both happy.  

Shipment Problems

Tracking information is given per the email provided. We are not responsible for your package once it has shipped. If your item is "lost or stolen" please contact USPS.  If any problems occur with your shipment (damage) we ask that you contact us so that we can do our best to rectify the matter. If you need any assistance when making your order please contact us and we'll help you as best we can.  

Online ordering: 

You are responsible to ensure that all information given by you at the time of ordering is correct. The information that you provide must relate to you, the buyer and not a third party. When you have completed your order and payment, please note that this does not mean that your order has been fully accepted by us, Black Raven Soap. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order (and process a refund in full) without prior notice.  

Customer Contact Information: 

We may need to contact you about your order. If proper contact information is not provided, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-response and/or non-compliance.

Multiple Orders: 

We do combine multiple orders and will refund excess charges. Please leave us a note that you have multiple orders pending so we know to combine.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% restock fee that will not be refunded.

Skincare products my cause allergic reactions, talk to your doctor and know your allergies. If allergic reaction occurs Black Raven Soapery will not be liable, use at your own risk.  Quality should never be a compromise..  We only buy from reputable supply companies. Our fragrances, colorants and eco-friendly glitter also come from these companies. Our products are free of phthalates and SLS, DEA and Parabens. Our quest is to be eco friendly and all of our packaging, shipping materials can be recycled.  We use Coronavirus (COVID-19) precautions when making and handling your items..
